Amidst the hustle and bustle of Taft Avenue is a small coffee shop that is a refreshing break from the usual ones you find in Manila. Cafe Noriter is located in the second floor of a building complex. Going up the stairs one would not expect to find the quirky colorful cafe that is the area's best kept secret, however, going inside Cafe Noriter one is given a treat both for the sight and the taste buds. Cafe Noriter exemplifies a coffee shop of character and aesthetic appeal.
